We are a small house with a single obsession — to find extraordinary coffee and let it speak for itself.
Every lot is bought through relationships, not auctions. We roast in small batches a few doors from where you drink it, and we change the menu the moment a better cup arrives. Nothing here is permanent except the standard.

A washed Ethiopian heirloom grown at 2,100 metres. Floral and tea-like, with a silken body and a finish that lingers like citrus oil. Roasted light to keep every note intact.
